Along with our detailed budgets, we inform our client on items that we notice in which could rise a problem as the project moves forward. In doing this we can address potential problems before they impact the schedule/budget of the project. We like to meet regularly with our clients to update them on the progress of the project, status of the budget, and inform them of steps they will need to take to keep the projected move-in date on schedule.
